The story is the strategy.

Avell Labs is a founder advisory for the Seed-to-Series transition, the stage where capital plans, cash flow, narrative, and operator identity all have to evolve at the same time, or the round doesn't close.

Story × Capital × Structure

// STORY

Story is the strategy.

We distill the founder's Why, the product What, and the operating How into a tight narrative arc, every claim mapped to proof, every proof linked to a path. The output is positioning that travels: repeatable by the team in sales conversations, by customers in referrals, by investors in IC rooms. A story that scales beyond the room.

// CAPITAL

Conviction is capital.

Founder conviction sets the pace of a company. It attracts hires, compresses sales cycles, and shortens the distance to a closed round. We treat conviction as something investors can underwrite. By codifying it into operating cadence and messaging discipline, we turn instinct into a signal that carries from partner intro to investment committee.

// STRUCTURE

Operating rhythm, not slogans.

A message grid that enforces consistency across channels. A proof library mapping claims to customers and metrics. A communications cadence that compounds, hiring narrative, customer stories, investor updates, all moving in the same direction. The deliverables are concrete: positioning, deck, comms rhythm. The outcome is a founder who shows up as the CEO the next stage requires.

// IN SHORT

We don't build decks.
We evolve the founders behind them.

No process, no intake form, just a conversation about what you're actually building.

// COLLABORATOR

Majid

Majid is the founder of Avell Labs, a product and AI consultancy working with teams on AI-native product strategy and the tooling underneath it. His path runs through life sciences and architecture before product, which is probably why he gravitates toward problems where systems, form, and behavior overlap. He teaches at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering, sails when the lake allows, and collaborates with Rupesh on the messier, more interesting questions.

Let's talk.

If any of this hit something you're already wrestling with, the round that's not closing, the story that doesn't match the numbers, the version of you that has to show up next, let's get on a call.
